If you would like to make an offer on a property you can do so through the estate agent. The price has room for negotiations between you and the seller, mediated and handled by the estate agent.
After the offer has been accepted, conveyancing, mortgage application processing (if applicable), and the survey take place. Once all these have been completed, the contacts are then exchanged, and the sale becomes legally binding. You will be required to pay a deposit. Following the agreed-upon completion date, the property will be yours and you will pay the balance of the purchase.
