The quickest way to amend or cancel a viewing is to call or WhatsApp your agent directly or local branch; otherwise, you can email our head office. Alternatively, you can email us. Please make sure to include your full name, specify if you would like to cancel or amend the booking, and include the link or name of the property in question.

The goal is to set a price that maximises your return while ensuring your property attracts strong interest from the right buyers.

If you are a tenant and have a maintenance issue that is not an emergency, please use the Fixflo form to submit a ticket and an agent will be in touch with you. Please note if your property is still under warranty, then refer to your apartment manual or handover pack for the developer’s dedicated out-of-hours contact details.

If your property is out of warranty and you experience an emergency such as a leak, no heating or any urgent maintenance issue, please call our emergency hotline on 07531 613 535, available 7am–10pm. This service is strictly for urgent issues only that cannot wait until the next working day.
