Sales Negotiator for our Marylebone Office
A great opportunity has recently become available for a self-motivated, hardworking, and experienced Sales Negotiator who has a proven track record in hitting targets and deadlines and a strong knowledge of London, particularly in NW1 and Marylebone. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude; have the capability to think outside the box and build strong relationships with clients.
Where will you be working?
You will be working with a close-knit, friendly team in a recently refurbished, contemporary office environment in the heart of Marylebone, opposite Baker Street Station (served by five lines: Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Bakerloo, and Jubilee Lines).
This area has so much to offer. We are spoiled for the choice of quirky local cafes, restaurants, pubs, and bars in every direction. Regents Park is literally on our doorstep (4 mins on foot), and Oxford Circus is only two - stops on the Bakerloo Line (4 mins journey).
Essential skills & the role itself:
Previous Experience in Sales in a Real Estate Environment, preferably in central/North Oxford St environment
Must hold a Full Manual driving licence.
Professional with excellent communication skills.
Proactive nature with an ability to embrace change.
Connecting with and registering applicants to achieve sales.
Accurate maintaining of client data and contact notes.
Achieving, submitting, and following offers.
Calling the applicant database on a regular basis.
Good knowledge of London areas.
Following the process of sale to completion; including contacting and chasing buyers and solicitors to facilitate timely exchange and completion.
Maintaining correct records of offers, sales, meetings, commission forms.
