Property Manager

A great opportunity has recently become available for a self-motivated and hardworking individual who is looking to develop their property management skills within our busy Property Management department. The successful candidate will work closely with our Property Managers, Lettings team, and external contractors and clients, therefore good communication skills both written and verbal, are required.

Where will you be working?

You will be working with a close-knit, friendly team in a recently refurbished, contemporary office environment with floor-to-ceiling windows and amazing canal-side views in the heart of Paddington Basin.

The neighbourhood

This area has so much to offer. We are spoiled for the choice of quirky local cafes, restaurants, pubs, and bars in every direction. The canal-side walk is literally on our doorstep; Hyde Park and Oxford Street are only 15 mins on foot.

Getting here

The closest stations are Edgeware Road and Paddington (Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, Bakerloo Elizabeth Lines). If you travel here by foot or bike, they have introduced new travel maps to help you with your journey.
There are three locations around Fraser & Co Paddington Office with Santander bike hire, and they have also added additional bike racks beside 5 Merchant Square at North Wharf Road. Other bike racks can be seen located beside The Point on North Wharf Road, beside GoBoat and in front of 9 Harbet Road.
