We rented a flat via Fraser for 6 years and I can recommend them as one of the few agency that have respect, empathy and care for tenants. I've had some horror experiences previously with some of the very large real estate agents so when we moved into this flat we were prepared for the worst. Fraser have been helpful in arranging repairs when things broke and have respected our rights as tenants. They are diligent in arranging various inspections/checks when these are due which also gives peace of mind. We are about to check out at the end of May so no feedback yet on the deposit experience but I'm optimistic common sense will prevail here.

Moving house is stressful, no one will say any different. You’re trying to juggle the end of one tenancy and the beginning of another, there is paperwork, checks and of course packing everything to move. I’m happy that we were with Fraser for the latest move and property we had (February 2021). Nazim was a pleasure to deal with and always made time to handle all the calls and questions we had which helped alleviate so many worries and made that side of the process as painless and as smooth as possible. Been on a rollercoaster! Jordan Horne from Fraser & Co listened to what I needed (I was demanding!) found somewhere, negotiated brilliantly with developers and me and we were all set.
