Office Administrator for our Baker Street Office

A great opportunity has recently become available for a well-organised individual with great attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and an ability to multitask. You will be supporting our Baker Street Branch Sales and Lettings Team. 


Where will you be working?

You will be working with a close-knit, friendly team in a recently refurbished, contemporary office environment in the heart of Marylebone, opposite Baker Street Station (served by five lines: Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Bakerloo, and Jubilee Lines).


The Neighbourhood

This area has so much to offer. We are spoiled for the choice of quirky local cafes, restaurants, pubs, and bars in every direction. Regents Park is literally on our doorstep (4 mins on foot), and Oxford Circus is only two - stops on the Bakerloo Line (4 mins journey). 


Essential Skills & The Role Itself:

You should be confident in working with the Microsoft Office Suite, handling data, and have excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing documents, entering data, maintaining correct records of offers, sales, meetings, commission forms. 

You must also be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
