Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
We give comprehensive advice to both landlords and tenants. With
combined market knowledge and understanding of property statute we are
able to negotiate settlements to ensure our clients best interests are
served.
Schedule of Dilapidations
We provide advice to landlords on the production a Schedule of
Dilapidations and Wants of Repair prior to the end of a lease term,
which may be required to be completed by the tenant, or damages that may
be claimed before a new lease is granted or the tenant vacates.
Additionally, we advise tenants on receipt of a Schedule of
Dilapidations as to his liability. We also carry out surveys for the
preparation of Schedule of Condition for attachment to leases.
Investment & Development
With our client base ranging from national companies to individuals, we
deal in all aspects of commercial and residential property acquisition
and disposal, whether prime or secondary. We can also offer advice and
information on complementary matters, including valuation, rental
levels, market trends, and development appraisal advice.
The Surveying Team
Keith Fraser
Graduated in 1992 from Westminster University with an Honours degree
in Urban Estate Management. Subsequently, he completed his
post-graduate experience with the West End firm, Leslie Furness & Co.,
who specialise in retail property across the whole of the UK. He has
been involved in commercial acquisition around the UK, as well as
valuation work in and around Central London area, with Fraser & Co. He
also the Head of CPD Conventions, which provides and organises
Continuing Professional Development and training for Chartered
Surveyors. Keith has for almost two years now, been a Consultant
surveyor for another North London Chartered Surveyors` practice,
specialising in Residential and Commercial Valuation work for banks
and other financial institutions.
Jon Pishiri
Following graduation in 1992, in Estate management, he completed his
Assessment of Professional Competence in the West End practice of
Houston Lawrence, concentrating on commercial property, including
industrial, retail and office space, in and around the Greater London
area. Subsequently, he was involved in a number of Central London
Residential Development Schemes with Rockdell, a specialist
development company, in and around Central London. Jon specialises in
Residential and Commercial valuation work throughout the Greater
London area.
Chris Andrews
After completing his Estate Management degree, Chris did his
post-graduate training at the West End practice of Kemp & Hawley (Est.
1811), in their professional department. He subsequently continued
with Jeremy Leaf & Co., working on a number of new build residential
developments, as well as much investment and development appraisal
projects. For a number of years he has concentrated largely on Rent
Reviews and Lease Renewals, as well as Investment and Development
work.
