Sole Agency: 9.6%

Multi-Agency: 12.0%

  LETTING SERVICE & RENT COLLECTION   Sole Agency: 12.2%

Multi-Agency: 14.4%

  LETTING SERVICE, RENT COLLECTION AND FULL MANAGMENT   Sole Agency: 15.6%

Multi-Agency: 18.0%

  RENT COLLECTION ONLY   2.4%

 

Set-up Fee

This charge will be applicable to all of the above services;

  • Arranging professional photos and Virtual reality tours of the property
  • Extensive advertising on our official website & online portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn
  • Arrange and accompany prospective tenants on property viewings
  • Negotiating terms with prospective tenants
  • Tenant Right to Rent checks
  • Arranging referencing of tenants via a 3rd party referencing company including credit checks
  • Administrative fee for arrangement of paperwork

  Arranging EPC’s and floor plans (if required or once expired every 10 years)

  COPY OF TAX YEAR STATEMENT:

  ACCOMPANYING LANDLORDS CONTRACTOR VISITS:

£60.00 (per hour, including travel)

*PLEASE NOTE: Fees are expressed as a percentage of the agreed rent for the entire period of the tenancy. Fees are usually taken in advance from the rental monies based on the agreed terms. Fees are also payable at the same percentage on any renewals, extensions or periods of holding over. Please refer to our Terms of Business for further information.
