Steeped in history, Whitechapel is named after a small chapel dedicated to St Mary which was destroyed in World War II. Located in the heart of East London, is world famous for its urban history and is also very well known for Jack The Ripper’s stomping ground in the 1880’s. Whitechapel is one of London’s most exciting locations, with the City being a stone’s throw away this area is becoming a highly desired place to live. Whitechapel is set to become a key investment hub with the Crossrail arriving in 2018 and the new Town Hall in progress.

Over the years Whitechapel has been transformed into a multicultural society and has become popular for its Bangladeshi and Punjabi curry houses. Located a stone's throw from the City of London, the capital's financial district, Whitechapel also appeals to those city workers who wish to walk to work.

The High Street: Never underestimate a High Street. And Shoreditch’s own is home to a range of fabulous retailers and famous for its diverse and vibrant culture - a handful of stores include: Son of a Stag, The Goodhood Store, Maiden and Article.

Brick Lane Market: East London at its best. This chaotic, bustling market is half way between jewel and junk heap. It attracts lots of young Londoners, in search of second - hand furniture, unusual clothes and bits of this-and-that.
